A high-speed and efficient lathe used to rough and finish turn various long, thin and round steel bars with diameters between 10-160 mm. The machine is capable to continuously and efficiently remove decarbonization layer and cracks on the surface of hot rolled, forged, or heat treated bars in special steel works, so that bright steel can be produced with defect-free, high precision, and desirable roughness surface. In RG-HCT series, the cutter rotates at a high speed around a hollow shaft, and the work piece moves forward along this hollow shaft. Besides the work piece can be fed into and withdrawn from the machine automatically; therefore, the work piece is cut at a high speed and efficiently.

High speed centerless turning machine
Two roll straightening machine is mainly comprised of a straightening machine, loading and unloading tables, electric control, and hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication devices, a two roll straightening machine precisely straightens and tumbles peeled alloy bars, with high straightening precision and good surface quality; therefore, it is an indispensable piece of equipment for the production of bright materials.
Use the RG-HCT series peeling machine and RJE series precision two rolls straightening machine as the key equipment, supporting the pre-straightening machine, chamfering machine, centerless grinding machine composed of rod to rod silver bright production line, it can process the production of φ10-160mm silver bright bar. The production line can process hot turning, precision forging or heat treated black leather bars into quality bars with smooth surfaces and high dimensional tolerances. It can process bearing steel, gear steel, spring steel, easy cutting steel, ferroalloy and other materials.
